This classic bourbon is finished with the addition of Applewood staves. On the nose, apple chutney and brambleberry cobbler on caramel crisps, vanilla bean, and baking spices. On the palate fruit and sweeter elements lead, with oak and baking spices intensifying. The finish is balanced and sweet with chocolate-caramel bar and apple butter fading with cinnamon and clove.
