Nose: Full, creamy. A subtle blend of vanilla, lemon, cane sugar, mint and fresh walnut, the aromatic palette is both tangy and smooth. When aerated, sweet spices (ginger, cinnamon), exotic fruits (banana) and heady flowers (broom, mimosa) give it a lot of energy.
Palate: Smooth, balanced. Like the nose, the taste palette is initially vanilla and lemony. Then, infused flavors (rosemary, verbena) deeply permeate the taste buds. This sequence full of freshness continues towards more exotic registers (pineapple, banana) and more liquorice (stick).
Finish: Long, fluffy. Cane sugar, a delicious Tropezian cake and a lime tart, these are the desserts that invite us to savor a taste palette overflowing with delicacy. Over time, it becomes more fibrous (cane) and herbaceous (coriander, chives).
“Velier is an Italian company, more precisely Genoa, the city from which it inherited its talent as a great merchant. A certain Casimir Chaix founded the company in 1947, then developed it until 1953, when it began to assert itself as an importer of wines, spirits and delicatessen products.”
