We’ve got some terrific Tormore single malt here, bottled as part of the Connoisseurs Choice range. This was distilled back in 1995 and set aside to mature until 2023, when Gordon & MacPhail decided it had taken enough cask influence from its single first-fill sherry butt and bottled it up at 59.1% ABV.

Nose: Refreshing aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
