Sweet and sour pineapple nose with hints of baking spices and an undercurrent of yeasty esters. Effervescent and lively carbonation gives the palate a lightweight feel that we didnt anticipate from the heavier nose. Fresh pineapple juice dominates the palate with just a hint of cinnamon as the yeasty character found on the nose is relegated to a distant memory. The fine carbonation scrubs the tongue clean on a finish that has you reaching for more. Tropical refreshment, plain and simple.
