The 2022 release of Sweetens Cove is a blend of 10, 8, 6 and 5-year Tennessee straight bourbons finished in Speyside casks. The Speyside barrels impart really nice, rich fruity notes that deliver on the palate as well as on the lengthy finish. A balanced and highly nuanced Bourbon delivering on all fronts.
