Muerto embarks on a world-first journey by allowing the yeast to die, evolve, and rest over a three-week afterlife, building complexity much like the malolactic fermentation found in the finest rums. The process is enhanced by the Mozart method, playing classical music during fermentation, which helps deepen the connection between agave and yeast.
