The Locher brewery and distillery is already entering the 19th round with the new Sntis Malt Alpstein XIX Sherry Cask. The Edition Alpstein 19 is a composition of Sntis malts, which were initially allowed to mature for 3 years in beer casks with a volume of 60-100 liters and for a further 3 years in sherry casks with a volume of only 235 liters.
