Through innovative techniques of barrel toasting and blending, Master Blender Karine Lassalle is able to create a blended symphony of three-year-old rums that perfectly capture the terroir of the volcano. Smoke and earth are complimented by spice and brled tropical fruit in this exceptional and complex spirit.
