Distilled for the Rhum de Pre Labat on the island of Marie-Galante, just south of Guadeloupe, this rhum agricole spends 8 years maturing in oak before it is bottled. Rich, simmering spices abound! Plenty of dark fruit, clove, ginger and almond notes throughout – very enjoyable.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
