Porfidio Agave Dry Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: A captivating blend of floral agave, juniper, and subtle woodsy notes from the chestnut cask aging. Delicate hints of cactus flowers add an exotic touch.

It is from this insight into the tequila world that Martin Grassl spotted a gap in the market for quality distilled blue agave tequila. Grassl’s aim was to establish a product that would blast the image of tequila out of the firewater category and into a super-premium spirit sector, launching Porfidio in 1991.
