Fourteen year old Pichincha Rum from Ecuador was distilled in 1999 and matured in oak wood casks, with a finish in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. A wonderfully fruity Ecuadorian, with a wide range of nuances and plenty of depth.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
