It is a 6 Maguey (Agave) Ensamble that features every Michoacan native agave we work with in equal parts; one ton of each agave in our 6 ton oven in Cotija, Michoacan. The 6 magueyes that we used are as follows: Chino + Manso Sahuayo + Bruto + Espadincillo + Verde + Tequilana.
