Nose: Cinnamon-dusted rose petal, caramel apple, and fresh agave.

Palate: Fresh agave, butterscotch, dark chocolate, blackberries, plums, and dark cherries.

Finish: Long, rich, and very smooth, impression of chocolate covered strawberries.

“In the early 2000s, Komos co-CEO and master distiller Richard Betts pioneered the process to use agave waste to create adobe bricks that are utilized in the community to build local infrastructure.
