Distillery Information

The Habitation Saint-Etienne Rum distillery was built on the walls of the “La Mauge” sugar factory from the early 19th century. The young industrialist Amde Aubry acquired the Saint-Etienne estate in 1882 and had the sugar factory converted into a distillery for rhum agricole.
