It is then aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years, resulting in a smooth and mellow spirit with a hint of caramel and oak. The aroma is of sweet vanilla and brown sugar, with a hint of spice and exotic fruits. The taste is smooth and mellow, balanced by a light sweetness and a warm finish.
