This 9 Year Old ex-Bourbon cask rum from a particularly historic Australian rum producer from along Queensland’s Albert River, has been bottled at 55% ABV, after 4 years of tropical ageing and 5 years of continental ageing. It had a 40% angel’s share as well, with a total outturn of 1,260 bottles.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
