Made from a base of apple wine selected for its crisp, high acidity, and highly aromatic character, which has been slowly fermented at low temperatures. The spirit spent four years maturing in a sherry cask, imparting rich, nutty sweetness to the fresh, juicy apples at its core. Independently bottled by That Boutique-y Spirits Company. Batch 2 is a release of 139 bottles.
