The team at Cascave took inspiration from the mighty storms that roar across Wales and the Brecon Beacons when creating this gin. Bringing together light citrus notes from orange, grapefruit, and lemon with richer, darker characteristics from botanicals such as liquorice, wild sunflower root, and pink peppercorn, distilled with water collected from the Dan Yr Ogof caves, which sit under the Brecon Beacons.

Cascave Gin is a British brand that aims to harness the magnificent natural landscape here in a bottle of gin. A mother and two daughters dreamt up Cascave over a G&T (of course) and used their shared fondness for Brecon Beacons as inspiration, harnessing its pure Welsh waters, using native botanicals, and using its mysterious and complex dave systems as the basis for the branding of Cascave gin. The portfolio currently includes two gins: a Premium Dry Gin and Cave-Aged Gin. The first is distilled using the London Dry method, cut back with water collected from a source deep within the iconic Dan Yr Ogof Caves themselves and made with botanicals foraged from the hills of Brecon Beacons. Cascave Cave Aged Gin is a matured gin, resting the Premium Dry Gin in port casks for 180 days in the heart of the Dan Yr Ogof Caves. It too is cut back with water collected from the caves.
