Bomberger’s Declaration Small Batch Bourbon 2023 is a premium bourbon whiskey, aged for eight years in white oak barrels. This bourbon is made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, and is then aged in charred, new white oak barrels for eight years. The bourbon has a deep, golden-amber color, with a complex, smooth, and sweet flavor profile. On the nose, it has notes of toffee, crme brulee, vanilla, and oak, while on the palate you will experience flavors of caramel, butterscotch, spice, and toasted oak. The finish is long and smooth, with an enjoyable trail of sweetness.
