Angels Envy Triple Oak Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Opens with juicy peaches and vanilla, followed by honey, toasted coconut, and clove.

Palate: Creme brulee and black cherry dominate the initial taste, transitioning to sweet tobacco, croissant, and a hint of mild cinnamon.

Finish: Long and satisfying with notes of burnt brown sugar, eucalyptus, orange zest, and black pepper.

During the aging process, the 5% of spirit lost each year is known as the Angel’s Share. After tasting our finished whiskey, Lincoln joked that we had finally struck a better deal than the angels. And so, Angel’s Envy was born. Our past is now paving the path for the future of bourbon.
