• Wine & Spirits: Welcoming cabernet might seem like an oxymoron, but Jordan has always aimed for a style thats drinkable on release. Mostly hillside and benchland cabernet, supported by petit verdot and merlot and aged a full 24 months in bottle before release, this emphasizes effusive red fruit and a sweet, leafy tobacco aroma. You could drink it now with steak tartare, or put it away for another seven or eight years.
