A single malt from the Tomatin distillery, independently bottled by The Single Cask. Aged for 11 years in a bourbon cask, its final six months was then spent in a first fill Pedro Ximnez 50 litre cask. It was bottled at 53.9% ABV, and only 72 bottles were produced.
Nose: A delicate aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
