This unique rum was distilled in 2004. Where the hand-harvested sugar cane is processed into molasses, fermented for 4-5 days and only then distilled on classic column stills, in order to then mature for 17 years in a tropical climate.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
