The Spirit of Bristol London Dry Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Impressive and charming nose.

Palate: A rich core of oily juniper is supported by warming notes of pepper, zesty citrus, and delicate spice, with barky cassia nestling in the depths.

Finish: Finishing up with prickles of peppery warmth.

Distillery Information

It was at his micro-distillery, housed in The Newbury pub, where Peters gin-making talents truly shone.
