Each year Ardbeg celebrates Ardbeg Day with a new release. For 2023, Dr. Bill Lumsden experimented with removing the purifier from the still, removing the floral fruitiness from the spirit, and letting the peat shine. This is the regular, non-committee version that’s bottled at 92 proof.
Nose: Refreshing aroma.
