San Bartolo Mezcal Artesanal is produced in the San Bartolo Yautepec valley in Oaxaca by maestro mezcalero Valentin Martinez Lopez using 100% maguey Espadin (agave Angustifolia). The taste is fresh with mineral and herbal notes, clean smoke and a creamy texture, then finishes long and fruity profile.
