Palate: Soft as silk with notes of dried orange peel, granola, vanilla custard, ripe Honeydew melon, and golden raisins. Finish: Moderate to long with a pleasing dryness, notes of ground ginger, toasted walnuts, and dark chocolate linger in the finish.
