Palate: Buttery caramel chews with fresh vanilla cream poured over juicy ripe peach, nectarine, and apricot. Sandalwood and chocolate covered crystallized ginger provide a welcome zing to the fruity, buttery sweetness. Finish: Sandalwood fades to leave cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cocoa powder remains.
