Maggies Farm Falernum Liqueur, our recreation of the classic mixer from Barbados, is made with all fresh ingredients. Ginger, fresh-grated lime zest, toasted whole cloves, and toasted allspice berries are added to our White Rum in small batches, then sweetened with the same turbinado sugar that we use for distilling. The end result is a 50 proof, shelf-stable liqueur that can be used as an excellent mixer for cocktails, a chilled digestif, or simply enjoyed mixed with tonic or soda.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
