A1710 Prosper | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of vanilla, butterscotch and ripe tropical fruit, with hints of spices such as cinnamon and cloves.

Palate: Aromas of toasted wood, black pepper and candied orange zest, with notes of honey and dark chocolate.

Finish: Long, with notes of sweet tobacco, dried fruit, caramel and toasted coconut.

Distillery Information

In 2006, the owner embarked on a bold and exciting project: the creation of a new rum distillery, something that had not been done for decades. The takeover of Habitation du Simon, his passion for Martinique and the expertise of an entire team enabled him to bring this project to fruition.
